Everything in a shop is priced in gold and bought from the person behind the counter. Right click them, or hold your thumb on them, and choose Buy goods.
Aeven General Goods
Alden the Trader keeps it, off one of Aeven's streets. Apples, bread and small health potions: something for a bad morning. You can buy food twenty at a time and potions ten.
The Forge Rack
Corran the Weaponsmith, inside the Aeven Forge. A weapon for every trade, from a broken dagger that costs next to nothing to blades, bows and staffs that want a good few levels behind them before they are worth carrying.
The Aeven Armoury
Berrow the Armourer, in the Forge as well. Clothes, gloves and shields, including the shield a knight or a cleric needs to carry.
The Forge's door wants you at level 3 before it lets you in, so the first steps of anybody's life are spent with whatever they were given.
How buying works
- Pick an item, choose how many with the stepper, and press Buy. The item and the gold move together or not at all: if it will not fit in your bag, nothing is taken from you.
- A shop never runs out. Whatever is on the shelf is there for everybody.
- Everything sold is the ordinary tier, with no plus. Better comes from dungeons and from Charge Dice (see upgrading your gear).
- You cannot sell to a shop yet. That is on the way.
Next: the bank, for whatever you bought and cannot carry.
